Britain call Richie Myler for pre-winter internationals and add six Knights to the squad for France


Leeds Rhinos scrum-half Richie Myler has been called into the England squad to confront France and New Zealand. 

Myler replaces Castleford's Luke Gale, who will miss the global conflict with France and the three-Test arrangement against the Kiwis through damage. 

He connected up with the squad in Manchester on Sunday and will be in dispute to confront France at Leigh Sports Village on Wednesday 

Myler's Leeds partners Ash Handley and Liam Sutcliffe, Castleford's Oliver Holmes, Hull FC's Jamie Shaul, Robbie Mulhern of Hull Kingston Rovers and Matt Whitley from Widnes Vikings have additionally been added to the squad for the erratic Test. 

Every one of the six joins the squad from the England Knights party and will come back to that squad after Wednesday's amusement - the Knights leave for Papua New Guinea on Thursday.
